Kulvir Singh v. Union of India & Anr.

2014 SCC OnLine Del 7206, decided 17 December 2014, W.P.(C) 4574/2014, with connected W.P.(C) 5480/2014 and W.P.(C) 7109/2014. Justice Vibhu Bakhru. Rajiv Gupta Advocate appeared for the petitioners in W.P.(C) 4574/2014 (Kulvir Singh) and W.P.(C) 5480/2014 (Inderdeep Chumber).
